I simply put the cover on in my driveway and take it off when I go to the lake, and this keeps happening. All the heat tape is coming off every seam.

I called customer service to replace my cover as it was leaving a fine white powder after two months of use. They explained that they were having some problems with some of their material but it’s been fixed.They graciously sent me a new cover and two months later same thing now what.
You couldnt pay me to buy another empire cover.
First few months the cover is fine then material breaks down and you get a fine white powder all over your vehicle.
I bought a cover for my boat,truck,and motorcycle and only the motorcycle is ok as the material is different.
I bought a seal cover for my corvette going on one year and its perfect.
Seal cover will be my go to in the future

This company is fabulous! The cover is of great quality and workmanship.
Their customer service is fantastic! The cover had a couple of cracks in the clips, but they worked fine. When I told them about the cracked clips and sent them pictures of them, they immediately put in a warranty claim and sent me a brand-new cover!
Wow, I highly recommend this company. That's superior customer service!

Empire Covers is a company you can trust! I will never buy a cover from anyone else! My RV Cover ripped after 2 years of use in the hot sun. It was warrantied for 3 years. They replaced it with no questions asked. Not only that, but since my replacement cover was on backorder for 2 months, they sent me a 'temporary' cover to use during the waiting time. Make no mistake, this 'temporary' cover is nice and will last at least a year or two itself! I looked on their website and saw that it is a $250 cover! This is unbelievable customer service and support. I will always recommend Empire covers 110%!

Boat cover doesn’t fit
Im not complaining. Theyve actually been very good to me in the past there still be the second boat cover I bought from them. This one just doesnt fit and I would like to resolve that and so they are good, but I dont have a phone number to call you cant get nobody live

Verified Buyer |The cover is extremely cumbersome and heavy. This makes it difficult for application to my small car (370Z) very difficult. It is definitely a 2 to 3 person job.
I took the cover off to use the car and noticed the rear antenna had broken in two at the base. The cover did not have a specified hole for the antenna despite Empire's documentation that the car was a 360 Z Roadster therefore my assumption they knew what they were doing.
I guess I was wrong. I was forced to order a replacement which cost me $59.00. My cover cost me $200 & $59.00 . So, do I cut *** in my cover to avoid this problem???
Oh. I have also requested my free cover sever times.

After waiting 2 weeks for the order to change from "being processed" I sent an email asking why nothing we being sent. I received an email that the order was cancelled.
A separate email reply was sent that there was a fire and they were out of stock. Why did I have to contact them to find out?
Idk. I'm guessing they were busy and there were a lot of people to contact.
I've was refunded as soon as I said I wanted refunded.
Things happen. It's not like they can plan for a fire.
They had a warehouse fire. I have been informed I can wait for a replacement or be refunded with no issues. Not sure why you aren't able to get a refund.
I am a consumer; I was told my paid product was shipped via fed-Ex. the shipping company confirms the product was never shipped.
this is not a negotiation with anyone, as a Comsumer I am sharing my purchase experience with this company, Horrible customer service, they won't refund my paid money and they will only replace their mistake sometime in May 2025, why should I have to wait until 5/2025, I was told the product was in stock and after i paid in full, was told it shipped. Never happen, won't refund my money, stay away.
Consumer beware, I do not recommend this company. I Purchased and paid in full for my boat cover, Empire covers saying it shipped, fed ex advises the product was never shipped, their customer service advises, I have to wait until May 2025 for the boat cover to shipped, I then cancel the order within my right of 30 days from purchase, now their customer services advises, I made changes; so I have to wait for a decision and see if the refund will be honor.
This is BS!!, the dishonest change was them, sending me an e-mail and a tracking number for the shipping that never was sent out. I can see I will end up taking to court for my purchase refund.

Hello Marcello, A refund was offered which you refused and asked for a reshipment. We let you know that our stock was affected in a warehouse fire and how long it would take to come back in stock.
We also let you know that you could change your mind and complete a refund instead, but instead of reaching out to us you opened a chargeback with your bank. As stated several time we need you to close the chargeback to for us to have the ability to complete a refund on our end. If you do not unfortunately you will need to wait for the chargeback process to be completed.
It is currently in the banks hands until the chargeback process is completed and they do not allow us to complete any updates. Only you have the power to close the chargeback and we would be happy at that time to complete a refund.
