The cover ripped in 3 place within 3 months. Called Empire Covers and could not get a hold of anyone.

Called several times. No one ever called me back. Ended up buying a new cover from a different company and sending the cover back to them with a note that the cover ripped and I wanted a refund. Disputed the charge on my credit card.

They actually responded to the credit card company that I wasn't allowed to return the cover because "I didn't get an approval." My 30 day return was up. And they needed to charge me a 30% re stocking charge. My credit card company re charged my account. So I disputed it again.

How can you get a return approved if you can't get a hold of anyone? How can you restock a ripped cover?

And WTF good is a 5 year warranty when the piece of *** cover rips in 3 places in 3 months and you can't return it. This company and their products sucks all the way around and back!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
